After you have treated your curls to our ultimate curl service, you can select from our other curl cuts
to maintain your beautiful curls. We recommend that you regulary cut your curls every 10-12 weeks
to help minimise frizz and keep you curl healthy and strong.

Start your service with an in-depth consultation , then we head to the basin area where you can lay
back and put your feet up while having a luxurious hair wash with products prescribed for your hair,

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CURL CUT APPOINTMENT
1. Please cleanse your hair on day of appointment and make sure your hair is 100% dry
2. Please wear your curls how you would style them, a little bit of product is fine. But please no
heavy products as this will weigh your curls down.
3. Please remove any stubborn tangles with your finger not a brush as this creates frizz.
4. Please do not use pins, put your hair up or wear a hat as this will straighten your curls and
will make it hard to see your curl pattern.
5. Inspiration photos are great in helping us understand your desired results
6. Please allow enough time for your appointment ,as late arrivals may not be able to get your
whole service and may impact on our other clients appointments. curls can not be rushed
7. Remember curly hair is a journey. It takes time to get to know what products and techniques
work best for you and your curls. We are here to help guide you in this journey and celebrate
your amazing hair
8. We strive to create a nurturing safe space for all curls and understand that going to a
hairdresser can cause anxiety. Please know that we respect and appreciate you allowing us
to look after you curls.

By booking with Untangled Hairstylists, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
It's the client’s responsibility to review these terms prior to booking
Our Salon T&C's
Quotes can not be given over the phone, via email or on socials. You will be quoted prior to
your service or at a consultation booking.
For all bookings a 25% booking deposit will be taken at time of booking, with credit card
details stored securely & encrypted, to your client record.
We send a confirmation text and email 72 hours prior to your booking. If you find you are
unable to keep your booking, we request at least 48 hours notice.
Please be mindful when walking into the salon without an appointment, that we may not be
able to accommodate your request at the time, but we will find an appropriate booking time
for you.

Arrival of 10 mins or greater may be refused to not compromise on the quality service or if
the service to be modified, the full service booked will be charged

ensures we can give you and other clients the best possible service.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please call the salon minimum 48 hours prior to
booking time, this courtesy allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
48 Hours Notice: Booking will be cancelled with no charge.
Cancellations under 48 hours : May be subject to charge at full service(s) price
Failure to show: Will be charged for full service(s) amount
Cancellation fee must be paid prior to any future bookings at the salon

Consultation fee is a $30 non refundable but is redeemable against your service provided
